During a Reiki session, the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the body at specific positions aligned with the body’s energy centers, often referred to as chakras. This process is intended to encourage deep relaxation, energetic balance, and a sense of overall well-being.

Lightarian Reiki is a high-vibrational Reiki system that incorporates the energy and teachings of Usui and Karuna Reiki. It places a strong emphasis on spiritual awareness, clarity, and personal growth through what are known as the Lightarian Bands of Light. Many practitioners regard Lightarian Reiki as a refined and gentle form of Reiki energy, supporting both energetic balance and spiritual development.
